Reporting
The Reporting section provides comprehensive insights into service delivery, performance, and trends across your organization. All reports can be customized by time and date and are available for download.
Accessing Reports
Navigate to Reporting in the main menu to view a dropdown list of available reports.
I. Regional and Area Performance
These reports are utilized when your organization has implemented the Field Management structure (Area and Regional levels) and offer targeted insights:
- Region performance: View aggregated data and key metrics at the regional level.
- Area performance: View performance data for specific operational areas.
II. Simple Reporting
These reports provide key metrics on services and pharmacy efficiency:
- Services over time: Track the trend and volume of specific services administered over a user-defined period.
- Pharmacy performance: Analyze individual pharmacy efficiency and metrics.
- Service performance – in pharmacy: Detailed breakdown of how services are being administered and delivered within the pharmacy setting.
III. Report Downloads
You can download data from all reporting areas, allowing for external analysis and archiving.
- Various: A range of download options (e.g., CSV) are available depending on the report selected.
