For larger organisations, the Deltera system supports a structured Area and Regional level Field Management hierarchy, which facilitates refined reporting specific to those territories.
Structure and Reporting
- In this structure, individual pharmacies are assigned to an Area, and multiple Areas are grouped into a Region.
- This setup allows for more detailed and filtered reporting on service uptake and clinical governance across different geographical boundaries.
Implementation
This structure will typically have been established during your initial onboarding process.
