Access support documents
You can locate support documents, such as the SOP for flu, in the Training/Help section.
Navigate to Training/Help > Service Support Documents.
Similar to the Service Training Guides, the support documents are hosted on Dropbox. You do not need to register or pay for a Dropbox account to view these files. If you encounter any pop-ups, simply close them to continue accessing the content.
